XM系列同向平行三螺杆挤出机的三根螺杆成“一”字形啮合排列，高速同向旋转，使物料受到强烈的剪切、挤压、揉捏，研磨作用，更好地均化和分散。三螺杆挤出机比传统的双螺杆挤出机多出一个高剪切区，从而实现了比同规格双螺杆挤出机塑化混炼性能提高一倍的效果，因此可实现高产量挤出，生产能力为双螺杆挤出机的2倍。由于比表面积增大及表面更新速率的提高，脱挥效率也得到大幅度提高。 

XM series of parallel three-screw extruder into a "one" shaped meshing arrangement, high-speed co-rotating, the material is subject to strong shear, squeeze, kneading, grinding, better homogenization and dispersion . Comparing with the traditional twin-screw extruder ,there are one more a high shear area ,with this it achieve the doubled effect about plastic mixing performance than the twin-screw extruder, and the production capacity is 2 times than the traditional twin-screw extruder. As the specific surface area increases and surface renewal rate increases, the devolatilization efficiency has also been greatly improved.
